Thank you, hells bells. Going by the last few jbrs the 'new' airport has got worse over the months. I arrived late October and left a few weeks later. Ni bussing or waiting downstairs to board. What no-one seems to see are the toilets to the right of the duty free. Lots of toilets. These should be swapped with those by the departure gates. I have to agree with everyone that it is not necessary to 'snake' walk through the duty free. A question, on arrival & collecting your luggage, were there any porters there to help with luggage if you required them? Cheers, Stormy
