Accommodation in Seminyak

Hi all looking for a place to stay in Seminyak for 2 couples. Was thinking something that is new, it can be a hotel or villas (separate 1 bedroom for each couple). Stayed at legian and kuta many times but like Seminyak area more and more as we go!
Have booked tickets for middle of October.
Any suggestions would be great
