I have enjoyed snorkelling at Tulumben for many years but last August did a trip with Blue Fin from Sanur to Lembongan - some divers and some only snorkelling and we went to three areas and saw manta rays (the purpose of the trip) and turtles, many other kinds of fish. Will do it again. Take medication if get sea sick as the trip was fast and a little scary for some of the group (me) and one got a little seasick. Great crew.
