Telkomsel for my iPad. As you leave the terminal building, and to the right of all the waiting drivers, Telkomsel have a well signposted staffed booth. If you give them your iPad, they will sell you a Data SIM Card, cut it to size and set up the iPad for you.
Sorry, I've forgotten exactly how much I paid for the card, but I paid extra to add sufficient credit (about 5 GIG). Some say they are slightly more expensive there than at other places, but for convenience of having my iPad already to go, I found it very good.
