I am assuming you have been to Bali many times before and know what you are in for in terms of driving. But if you haven't seen much of Bali before you may want to reconsider the driving part, it may add a considerable amount of stress and risk to your holiday. I think some of the posts warning about driving dangers are valid. I know it is something I would never attempt, but I am pretty conservative.
I hope whatever you decide for your Bali adventure you have a great time and stay safe.
