Just got home again Sunday, was prepared for the worse with new airport departure lounge after reading BTF. Pleasantly surprised.
Lots of duty free shops, food stalls, coffee lounges etc. Plenty of staff at Immigration, check-in etc. Well air-conditioned.
There are no official smoking areas but the main coffee lounge has a private smoking room for the dying bunch of smokers still around.
I think the carpeting contractor ripped them off if the carpet is supposed to be hard wearing and stain proof.
Other than that, all in all a stress-free experience!
