Can't comment on the Masa Inn, but if you can get a good deal for the Dewi Sri, I don't think you'd be disappointed. Have stayed at Dewi Sri quite a few years ago with a girlfriend and we found the location very convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars but didn't hear any noise - even though Paddy's Bar was in full swing back then and only located at the top of the street to Dewi Sri. It has a good pool area and rooms were OK - although we were on the top floor and it was a bit of an effort climbing the stairs after long shopping treks! Request a ground floor if you can get one, unless you don't mind the extra exercise :-)
