The Dewi Sri is a great hotlel and staff. As far as I am concerned both are in great shopping locations.
My warning is that you don't stay at dewi Sri school holidays. Many family groups stay there but if you are going with children it is great.
I Do not know what Massa is like during school holidays but poppies 1 is a nightmare at those times with motorbikes.
Hard choice for you.
