Once into terminal there are several booths like the old customs. Line up and pay VOA, then walk straight ahead to two snakes of tourists. See if you can guess which is shorter/quicker and join. Customs proceedure has not changed. Then straight ahead to luggage carousel. There are 3 or 4 look for screens to show which one and wait for baggage. Quarantine similar to old terminal. Not a problem.
