There are a few warungs in and around Kuta , Pak Malen at the end of Jalan Sunset in Seminyak is very popular , last time I was there it was full of Asian(Korean I think by the appearance ) tourists . A few bucks gets you soup and Babi Guling campur.
The new Indonesin resturant Merah Putih in Seminyak is advertising a lunch special for 95000k if you want to go a bit up market . Have a look at their web site, splash page comes up with the Babi Guling special . Link below
