I am using T I C Bali travel. Last trip we used a lady named Murti for when my mother arrived a few weeks after us. I have never used a V I P V O A service before for myself but saw there are 5 international flights arriving in half an hour around our flight. I am traveling with my three sons so thought it might be worth a try. I am paying $30 for the V I P V O A and hotel transfer.
