Went there two days ago after a recommendation and very happy going back Monday for a tuneup. He tells you you will be in pain when he is doing physio but it was not too bad. Feel better already. Best back in 10 years. Had Bowen therapy years ago which was of help. This bloke uses a mix of Bowen and Physio.
