AirAsia Offers Reschedule and Credit Shell Options For Guests Affected by Mount Kelud Eruption
Jakarta, 14 February 2014 - AirAsia offers service recovery options for guests affected by flight cancellations following the eruption of Mount Kelud in East Java, Indonesia. Affected guests are able to choose between one of the following options:

1.Change of flight within five days of the original schedule without additional charges
2.Deposit in form of Credit shell equivalent to the value of the confirmed booking to be used for payment of any AirAsia tickets. Credit shell is valid for 3 months (180 days) from the date of issue.
Dharmadi, President Director of AirAsia Indonesia said, 'All AirAsia flights from and to Surabaya as well as Yogyakarta have been cancelled to ensure our guests' safety following the eruption of Mount Kelud which causes heavy ash fall in East Java as well as Central Java. Our guests may choose to reschedule their flight or request for credit shell.'

12.Yogyakarta - Jakarta
13.Yogyakarta - Bali
14.Yogyakarta - Kuala Lumpur
15.Yogyakarta - Singapore
16.Solo-Kuala Lumpur
