There are two separate problems.
1.... The tailoring shouldn't be too hard to arrange; in Legian try Brisbane tailors in gang beside All Seasons hotel; maybe two days for true copy.
2....The sequins etc are easy to buy in many places; one we use is "Shalom" in Jl.Kuta Raya, Tuban and elsewhere. They have an all embracing website.
The application of the sequins is another job; you could try the skills of your pool-side ladies in your hotel, who spend most of their time waiting for trade and would be happy to give you a price. Beach ladies are also amazingly skillful and would jump at the chance. In either case,give them a small sample to try ot their skills and timings and go from there.
