Rama Garden

Hi all
I have searched the Forum, but can't find any recent comments about the Rama Garden.
I have also looked at TA, but reviews are mixed.
Can anyone tell me if they have stayed there before, and if so, any recommendations etc. Is it any good?
Approximate cost per night in August 2014 is AUD$105.
