If you are using Internet Explorer click on the little cog at the top right hand corner of the screen and choose SAFETY then DELETE BROWSING HISTORY tick the box TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES and then click on DELETE.

Otherwise you might be suffering from the IT term PICNIC.
