after all these years of blaming the Javanese for the seasonal rubbish influx, which of course came down the rivers of Bali, that this year ocean conditions and the even bigger than usual floods in Java have caused rubbish slicks from Java to add to the problem! Karma? That is according to meteorologists or oceanographers or whoever who were being interviewed on a local news show from Jakarta the other day. (the conditions, not the Karma that is).
