Following a motor bike accident, she was a passenger on the back when a local t boned the bike and hit mostly on the back. She blacked out for a while. On arrival they took her straight for CT scan and then x rays of shoulder, arm and leg. No problems with breaks thankfully. Checked her tetanus status, any allergies etc. She needed two lots of stitches. She just read me the medical report and I am a registered nurse in aus and the information within the report would make us all cringe as far as Australian reports, it was so much better, all details recorded and very professional nothing not reported on. She once again had an extremely positive experience. 1 cover are going to hate us as this is her third claim for BIMC services.
All in all can highly recommend BIMC, expensive but worth it. And I thank the gods she is OK.
