I would not drive in Bali. If you don't have a international drivers licence do you realise your insurance is void !!!! I would organise a driver for the time you require it is so cheap and much safer. They know the rules none and the regulations what ever applies on the day. Please it is up to you at the end of the day but think serious about hiring a driver cost is about $40 a day well worth it. Have a great holiday.
