I think it is 'Teekor'. Was closed in January for relocation. It has moved to Jln Arjuna (known as double six.). Just on the left before you get to the corner as you are heading to the beach. Great food great prices. Always packed out at the old location. Hope it is as good at the new location.
I think the service at warung asia has gone downhill terribly since they moved to the new premises.
