I image they are all the same. I flew from Ethiopia to Johannesburg on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner last year. Its pretty much like every other plane. It did feel a little roomier with more head space and maybe maginally wider seats. The electronic window shades were certainly a novelty (shade turns on, shade turns of, shade turns on....) . The seats may still be squishy on the 'budget' Jetstar version though.
