Kopi Luwak now allowed into Australia
Just to let anyway who is interested know that Kopi Luwak is now allowed into Australia as long as the beans are roasted.

I have included the conditions supplied by DAFF Biosecurity Australia (formerly Quarantine).

1. An Import Permit is not required for Kopi Luwak/Civet Coffee, including whole beans, ground, or for instant use, provided that:

a) The beans, or the beans from which the product is made, have been roasted; and

b) The product is commercially prepared and packaged; and

c) Imported in an amount up to 1 kilogram or 1 litre; and

d) For the personal consumption of the person wishing to import it.
