Would find those poor awful street kids are inappropriatelly touched in so many different ways by people of so many different colours they have probably lost count.
In my opinion there is only one way to handle them, and that's to have nothing at all to do with them.
I refuse to support the corrupt gangs who run them ,or help to groom them for paeophilies.
