So I dont think speculation is called for. I note one Trip Advisor reviewer has already probably canned the wrong restuarant in UBUD just by googling Budd...Ubud no doubt. Do people realise what such reviews can cost? Then the Premises where they allegedly stayed seems to have a problem with any critical review. So if this turns out non validated ... I can just imagine.
If it is a public health issue for travellers then just wait and see.
