Hotel recommendations??

Hello :)

I am planning on travelling to Bali for three weeks in December-January 2014. I have been finding it difficult to find decent accommodation, in my price range. Can anyone recommend me a hotel (don't mind Kuta, Legian or Seminyak) that is good value for money. I am looking for clean rooms and bathrooms, and a nice pool. My price range is somewhere around $1500(AUD) - for the whole stay.

Can I also get some opinions on Kuta Central Park hotel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
