I would definitely book for Sarong; the place was full when we went. Easy to do via email on their website and you receive a confirmation email with a booking number (oh so formal - it's like booking an air fare!). On the confirmation they ask you to confirm six hours (not sure how they arrived at ), but they send you an email the day before. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did - and it's nice to get dressed up a bit and make it a special occasion. Cheers Korrie
