the kids heaps and have found that every place I have taken them eat to has accommodated them happily. There would be exceptions to that, but I have not discovered them. I agree that the Green Garden Hotel is great for a quick and cheap dinner. There are also several restaurants at the hotel so lots of choices, and all of them are available for room service.

For grown up dinners my favs are:
Kafe Batan Waru (turn left when leaving Dynasty) excellent food,

Daddy's straight across the road and upstairs,

Kin Khao Thai just to the left and across the road from the Dynasty, we loved the 'pork on a stick' here, just devine, also had ribs and green curry chicken both great but the pork satay won 'best on table'.

Ma Joly, go out the back of the Dynasty to the beach, turn left and walk along the beach walk for a couple of minutes.

Mozzarella, turn right when leaving the front Dynasty.

Have fun and enjoy the attention your little ones will receive. If you are needing a babysitter from the hotel, I can highly recommend Dewi (also works in the Golden Lotus restaurant there). My 3 boys love her. As I travel alone with the kids most of the time, I get her to come with us on trips so I have an extra set of hands. Actually, I love her too!
