aren't as concerned about litter as Australians might be but don't forget we have had the Keep Australia Beautiful campaign since the late 60s and there is constant ongoing public education. Also, we have the technology and resources to dispose of our rubbish efficiently and cost effectively, that level of waste management is still coming to the developing countries. And Australia still has a huge problem with litter.
