VIP Visa on Arrival

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me if it is still worth getting the VIP Visa on arrival service at the airport since the new one has opened? I have used it previously with success with my two young sons, however I have also been sans kids and had no lineups and had I booked it it would have been a waste of money.

This time I'll be arriving at 2.25pm on Wed with two toddlers in tow...if anyone has any recent experience from this time of day it would be appreciated :)
