I have no idea how much additional English lessons would cost. There is also a FBook page 'Bali School Kids Program' where you can ask as many questions as you like and read through heaps of information so you get an idea of what where your money is going. I realize you may be being asked to sponsor privately but you can still get a break down of costs from there. Good luck! :)
