Fire at Green Garden Hotel?

I read on Trip Advisor that there had been a fire at the Supermarket Next to the Green Garden Hotel in Tuban just before New Year.Apparently also caused some damage to the hotel.
Just wondering if anyone knows if this Supermarket, the one on the Dynasty Side of Green Garden Hotel, is now out of action? Plus anyone been to the Green Garden Hotel recently and know if there are renovations underway due to this fire at the moment.
We are staying there for a quick trip over in the next three weeks or so, would be nice to know.
