This is not your normal bali bug. I had this coming out both ends. Felt bloated then violently I'll, with associated diarrhoeae. I would say it was definitely viral as it disappeared within 24hours. Just didn't eat anything at all and drank water then isotonic solution. It's hard to stop from getting as it the bug can survive on door handles etc for quite a while (including money)
