While you would hope that is true there is always that possibility especially depending on where they flying from. There is also a chance they use their correct passport at their departure point and then use a false one on arrival. Unfortunately for the type of people who would consider or see a need to do this there are ways they find to get around these issues and VIP service just makes it a little less challenging.
