I would strongly advise against an all you can eat buffet in Bali with exception to the breakfast buffets at the bigger hotels as it is a very high chance you could become ill. There are so many fantastic ala carte restaurants offering freshly cooked meals at cheap prices where you could order several dishes to share amongst yourselves and minimise the risk of unnecessary illness.
