I had booked flights last October with Jetstar from Adelaide to Denpasar for July which departed at 7.25am and was made aware a couple of days ago by a post on here that the departure time had changed to 5.45pm. I spoke to Jetstar today as this change did not suit me as I have obligations to be in Bali at the original time. The operator I spoke to was very helpful and as the change was due to their change of schedule I have been able to amend my departure date to the day prior without any charges. She said that because it was their schedule change that I could change my flight to another within 24 hours for either the day before and after my original flight booking without any fees.
I had been asked to report back with how I got on so am posting this here for all affected Adelaide travellers so they can be aware of what they are able to do.
