I booked a hotel room in Bali last year on Air Asia Go.
Air Asia Go debited my ANZ credit card twice. When ANZ pointed this out to them, they claimed that there was no error. ANZ backed them up.
I tried to argue my case with ANZ, but they simply hung up the phone. I then cancelled my ANZ credit card and I am still in the process of cancelling all my ANZ accounts.
