By definition those are:
1. rice and cassava
2. sugar
3. cooking oil and margarine
4. beef and chicken
5. chicken eggs
6. milk
7. corn and sago
8. kerosene or LPG gas
9. iodized salt
Other definitions are available but mostly the above is valid.
