Sitting on my lounge under the blankie and reflecting on the week that was.....yet another great Bali holiday, it really does help de-stress fom our busy lives doesn't it.
Have to mention a purple of new restaurants we tried his time....
Petitenget was lovel or brunch and lat night we ate at La Fevela in Eat street ( may be same owners as La Plancha I'm told ??) any how it's incredibly fitted out, so much to look at...unfortunately it's very dark ( and yes I'm getting old !!) so you can't see much unless you really look hard !!!
The service is spot on and food was good. Mostly tapas style ( sems to be really big in Bali now )
Wine list is very limited ( but maybe we just couldn't find it on the menu??)....this was our most expensive meal of the trip but add a bottle of wine to a meal and it adds up.
I imagine that this restaurant will be very hard to get into very soon !!!
And Bridges in Ubud is sensational !! What. Gorgeous pot right overlooking he river, so peaceful and very very good service also.
I'm home to very wintery weather here , makes us appreciate our holidays even more....roll on next May when I'm lucky enough to have 2 weeks in paradise o ir now the saving begins again !!!!
Thanks for reading.x
