There is a bus which goes from Lovina and drops off at the memorial. You could get a cab from there. Two weeks ago it was 150.000idr. It's an interesting trip but not for the faint hearted. The bus company is Perama. They have an "office" in Jl Legian.
They have a toilet stop halfway.
