t'shirts & printing

Ok staying in Legian holiday only for 5 days & want to get about 20 Navy blue t'shirts done in various sizes e.g all adults, 10 x XL, 5 x L & 5 x medium for our school on the front our school logo in Red & written on the back I am a "insert school here" volunteer. My questions are bearing in mind the sizes I need

1. should I buy the t'shirts here & take with me

2. Is 5 days enough time to get them done, obviously I would go as soon as I get to Bali

3. Who do you recommend in the Legian area

4. Is a picture of the Logo good enough

5. Guideline of prices would be great too LOL
