Turn left out of Febris and go to end of street to T intersection. Take a right at T intersection (heading to ocean), walk down to Risata Hotel (240m), then look across the road and you will see the ES cafe. Go in there and you will not be dissapointed. Good food, good prices, cheap beer (especially in big bottles). Nice surroundings with plenty of room between tables, family run resto.
2 adults and 2 kids, I reckon you would pay about $30 Aud for a good feed with a beer or two thrown in.
