I've talked to Jetstar a number of times and they still say that my flight is still scheduled. I've looked up all flights of theirs over this period, and they all fall in the times when the airport is open. Of course this doesn't guarantee delays but certainly there seems to be some forward planning for this one.
The days that people seem to have been moved from are the 5th and the 8th - if you're on the 9th and ring Jetstar they will probably move you for no charge to the 10th if you want (they offered it to me). I am guessing that they want to leave the 9th flight a bit empty in case they need to cancel anything on the 8th, but thats just what I think, certainly no one on their customer service line really knows whats happening.
