Jetstar has has:
* a better website
* people who answer the phone and can speak English as their first language and as well can fix problems.
* no credit card fees if you use direct debit(POLI).
* better and more expensive food.
* access to QFF points for buying flights and in some cases earning points.
* staff onboard who help passengers rather than push trolleys and try to sell things.
* prices onboard are in $A so you are not forced to use Ringgits and Rupiah converted from $A at very poor exchange rates.
* exposure to Australian consumer laws, rather than using a overseas location to dodge treating passengers fairly.
* alcohol for sale on the PER and DRW to DPS route.
