date may be or has been declared I doubt very much that the airport will be fully open and fully functional for at least 9 months from now, there is still a lot of construction going on never mind any internal fit outs that are needed.
Also there is very little doubt the airport will be declared "open" before the ASEAN leaders arrive next month but don't hold your breath on all of the hoi poloi being given access to it from their flights any time soon.
