You could try Yuni at Happy Tailor - she did a leather jacket and skirt for us which were fantastic. Came to Hotel and prices were very reasonable.Best to ask her direct as you may want a long or short jacket etc... She is contacted via her facebook page -Happy Tailor -Bali. Just had a quick look and she also has done some leather shoes and boots recently.
