i have used bamboo exchange with no problems (but only works Aust to Indo)
have also heard good reviews re kangaroo service (can transfer Aust to Indo and Indo to Aust)
MUCH better exchange rate than the banks and very low fees
you need to register first to satisfy the Austrac requirements
