Do Dolphins. My sister works for the RSPCA and she approved the swim with dolphins in Bali as educational and as a rehabilitation program. And she said it was an amazing experience. She was not there in the official capacity of her job but passed it on everything. And I can assure you that she is an absolute perfectionist (drives us insane!) and if she had found any fault with the centre and it's program she would have made it extremely public.
And if you decide not to swim with the dolphins, I think the high tea at Biku and the pamper session would be wonderful too.
