Villa Chinta 1

Hello,
Has anyone heard of Villa Chinta 1, Sanur. It is located at Jalan Bumi Ayu 1. I was looking at booking it in January. It is listed on Tripadvisor, but does not have its own website. Am worried I might get there and find I don't have accommodation. Would like to know it is legitimate.
