What a sad state of affairs. Maybe because westerners support BAWA the powers that be think there is a cash cow to be milked. An 'environmental impact study' in Bali? Get serious and look at the lack of sewerage infrastructure in Legian and Seminyak where so many massive high rise buildings have been going up in recent times. Me thinks not enough palms were being greased and, sadly, the animals will pay the price.
