If every business without correct papers would be shut down in Bali I think you would be very surprised!
However - BAWA did a great job that local authorities failed to do.
Would have been much better to step down on the awful and disgusting Denpasar animal market and on the street sellers with all these puppies crammed into tiny cages without water and food.
